Backcountry Ski Week in Rocky Mountain National Park

Backcountry Ski Week - 5 Days This week-long trip is designed for backcountry skiers or boarders with some experience and avalanche training who want to take their abilities to the next level on a fun trip. |

Itinerary:
Day 1: 8am meet and pack for the week. Depart trailhead, ski into basecamp at 10,000'.
Day 2-4: Ascend and descent numerous slopes and peaks up to 13,000' based on the avalanche danger and snow conditions.
Day 5: Ski descents in morning, return to trailhead by 4pm.

A Level 1 Avalanche Course precededs this trip from March 22-24th, combine both L1 and this trip for an 8 day experience and receive 10% discount ($120 off). Splitboards, Tele, and AT are all welcome to join the fun! All ski seminars are lead by an AMGA Aspirant or Certified Ski Mountaineering Guide w/ Level 3 Avalanche Certification. |

Skiing equipment, transportation, and food are not included in this fee. Avalanche rescue equipment, group camping gear, and the services of an AMGA certified Ski Mountaineering Guide are provided. |
